Since founding the company in 2012, David has grown Filterbuy from a struggling family business into an industry leader, generating over $1 billion in revenue and growing, creating thousands of jobs, and serving more than 7 million customers nationwide.
A strong advocate for U.S.-based manufacturing, David built Filterbuy with a focus on quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service—offering a superior alternative to the overpriced, low-quality filters found in big-box retailers. The company has since expanded beyond air filtration, launching Filterbuy HVAC Solutions, which currently operates in Florida with plans for nationwide expansion, providing comprehensive indoor air quality solutions for homes and businesses.
Through Filterbuy Ventures, David is broadening his focus beyond air quality, investing in and building high-growth businesses within his circle of competence. With a deep understanding of operations, logistics, and scalable business models, he is committed to partnering with like-minded entrepreneurs to create long-term value.
David’s journey began in finance, working as an options trader at Goldman Sachs before leaving to acquire and transform his family’s business. He believes in focus, resilience, and long-term thinking, principles that have shaped his approach to business and leadership.
David currently resides in West Palm Beach, Florida, with his wife and three children.
